At the end of the term, you the lender, have a contractual entitlement to receive interest of 15% on the amount you invested plus repayment in full of your initial investment amount. The InvestUS Exit Strategy was first created in 2010 as a strategy to utilise low cost housing stock for investor returns and offers clients secure, asset backed opportunities. The model for this strategy was honed in Detroit but now operates across Florida and Chicago. Much experience has been gained over the last 4 years with regards to ensuring the correct Title and Trust companies, effective and suitable refurbishment companies and tenant management companies. Since its inception, the project opportunity has mostly been promoted to UK and Asian Investors and has to date raised in excess £120m GBP. The first investors have exited the project with their annual interest payment and capital returned in line with their contracts.
