ICI have a management team to help provide you with the very best all round support, ensuring you focus your efforts on your client and not on the paperwork. Many have come from regulated backgrounds and hold leading industry qualifications.
Christopher Cully – Director
Chris is an accomplished senior professional with over 35 years experience. Proficient in a wide range of physical, commercial, specialist and technical disciplines.
He is commercially focused with excellent communication, management and leadership skills with a proven ability to think strategically and long-term.
On leaving the corporate world, Chris joined a privately owned security company as a shareholder & Director, with responsibility for business development and operations.
Chris has worked internationally and managed security & risk management operations in different locations across Europe, Russia, the Middle & Far East and the United States. He has also attained a City & Guilds PTLLS qualification.
Jane Reynolds – Investment Manager
Jane was a lawyer for 21 years specialising in Property and Employment Law. Having worked in the Bristol/Bath area and then becoming a Partner at a very well established 150 year old firm in Somerset.
“I put real importance in finding investments which will maximise my clients returns and I also feel that the more I can personalise the relationship between myself and my client, the better I can fully realise their objectives from any investment”.
Jane loves dog walking, mountain biking and is a keen traveler who enjoys discovering new places and cultures.
Lieve Terry – Investment Manager
As a qualified PE Teacher, Lieve was able to work as a Sports & Entertainment Manager in a number of different countries including Greece, Switzerland, Morocco and Spain before coming back to England about 20 years ago when she returned to teaching for a number of years. Since then she has turned her talents to the dynamic investment market where she has relished gaining experience across a wide range of solutions to meet her clients’ needs.
‘My goal is to offer my clients the best possible service and build a good solid relationship in order to get the best possible results’.
Outside of work I enjoy walking, mountain biking and skiing but also relaxing with a good book.
Louise Wilson – Investment Manager
Louise has worked for over 20 years at management level .She started her career as a distribution manager for Catalogue Giant GUS in Manchester and went on to become Finance Manager within a successful private company for 15 years before diversifying into property. She has worked internationally in Europe and Asia and lived in Madrid and Paris before joining ICI.
“The most important thing for me is to establish a good relationship with my clients, and find the best investment for each person´s individual requirements”.
Louise is fluent in both Spanish & French and her hobbies include travel and reading, as well as being an avid football fan. At the weekends she particularly likes to spend time socialising with her family.
Matt Carter – Client Relationship Manager
Matthew is a dedicated Client Relationship Manager with over 20 years sales experience within SME and Blue Chip organisations.
Matthew has excellent communication skills and excels in building relationships with clients and Account Management.
Matthew always looks to achieve the best for his clients.
My outside work interests include family and sport.
Kathryn Brighton – Compliance & Client Liaison Manager
Kathryn started her career in the tax industry. After 4 years she moved to a Building Society and worked her way up to Branch Manager. Kathryn moved into the financial industry where she qualified as a financial advisor and spent her time working with clients on their long term savings and investment plans.
“I do appreciate that people’s savings should reflect their long term goals. They need their money to work as hard as possible to ensure they get a good return”.
It is important in my role here at ICI that I ensure that all our clients are given clear and accurate information in a straightforward way. Kathryn has a dog who she takes out for regular long walks in the countryside; she also enjoys socialising with friends and family.
James Simpson – Compliance & Client Liaison Officer
James started his career as part of the IT dept at the Royal Bank of Scotland in Edinburgh before moving to London where he worked for an IT consultancy specialising in the leasing industry. Deciding to use his language skills, James then joined First Choice holidays. Over the next few years James was active in both the head office and overseas and progressed to contracts manager and subsequently operations manager for a division of the company.
Since that time James has been active in the pensions industry with various administrative roles within the sector.
“For me, administration has always been the glue that holds all the other roles together in any company. Ensuring that all processes are clear and transparent is the best way to give clients the first class service they deserve.”
James has 2 cats, speaks 3 foreign languages. His hobbies include travel, Formula 1and British cinema of the 1950s.
Jeanette Collins – Administration Manager
Jeanette has worked for some large organisations and has spent many years working in customer account management.
She started her career as a shorthand typist to seven team managers within a large city based company and worked her way up to personal assistant at executive level. After a break to start and raise a family, she started and ran her own successful company for 15 years before joining ICI.
Her main work ethic is for clients benefit, with great communication skills and a mind set to assist people and see things through from beginning to end.
Outside of work her interests include reading, music and zumba.
